I was speaking with a clown in their tech support who was completely clueless. It works fine on the server and it works fine on all the Windows 7 workstations. Hopefully someone can help here, Google has not been my friend. Support agent in some distant country remoted in had me uninstall/reinstall and run the diagnostic fix utility then said "Well it has to be your network" ignoring the fact that it is running fine on Windows 7 PC's. Support has proven to be absolutely worthless, none have even been willing to look at log files, probably because they have no knowledge of them. There is clearly something wrong, this behavior is across all 3 i7 machines that I intend to run QB on, even tried an i5 that is purposed for regular users with our company image, A/V software etc and it does the exact same thing. The Win7 machines the user/pass dialog disappears about 2 seconds after clicking OK and the company home page comes up within 90 seconds.

When opening company file on new machines, fresh install of Win 10 Pro nothing extra only QB installed when entering username and password when OK is clicked to login QB stops responding for about 2 minutes then the username/password dialog box disappears and about 4 minutes later the home page finally comes up.
In the process of upgrading computers to Windows 10 from Windows 7.Ĭurrent workstations are running Win7 Pro 64bit and operate fine.
